Responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing and Game Operations department in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
  • Establish pricing strategies and guidelines for existing and new product launches.
  • Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
  • Recommend game enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide support for marketing collaterals, advertising materials, marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product development, management and sales solutions.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service to address issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
  • Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the Chinese & English language IS A MUST
  • Communicate clearly and professionally (written and verbal) with clients.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Selangor, Malaysia
  • Ability to manage a high workload of concurrent tasks and projects in a high-intensity environment.
  • Passion for playing online games in PC and Mobile Devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate with the game developer, regional team, local marketing team, IT and R&D with all game related issues.
  • Facilitate game server issues and API or SDK integration.
  • Schedule game expansion, patches, in-game events.
  • Documentation of game product.
  • Test game and handle issues submitted by customer service or community.
  • Compile game statistics and reports.
  • Work with minimal supervision while managing schedules with given priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze workflow and provide an optimal decision for efficiency.

  • Responsible for community development of several MMOGs in the Russian or Turkish market.
  • Develop and maintain a localized approach official website, social media, in-game communication and announcements.
  • Develop and grow membership base and provide viral marketing support on various social networking sites.
  • Manage member campaigns and events (in-game and online).
  • Handle day to day community and customer services (non voice thru social media and in-house system)
  • Handle customers' feedback, complaints, inquiries about our games
  • Create guides, walkthoughs, FAQs, and other game documentations
  • Prompt respond to the emergencies and report to the Senior Management.
  • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

  • Strategically build, manage and optimize User Acquisition campaign on major platform (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Apple Search Ads).
  • Collaboration with brands and agencies on digital campaign.
  • Analyse campaign performance and make statistically stable and relevant optimizations and recommendations .
  • Closely monitor campaigns performance to ensure KPI and campaign objectives are met .
  • Work with internal teams for promotion assets creation. Manage the promotion assets with game developer and agencies.
  • Assist manager in research and explore of new products and services .

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in related field.
  • Familiarity with ad formats and monitoring tools in major platform (Google, Facebook, Instagram) .
  • Good analytical, campaign optimization, problem solving and time management skills .
  • Knowledge of digital marketing preferred (SEO, SEM, EMD, CPI, CPA, CPC, PPC) .
  • Good in marketing / promotion assets management skill .
  • Language ability (English, Chinese, Bahasa).
  • Creative and a good team player.
  • Passion to mobile games is a plus.
